Introduction Text Hi, I'm Brenda and enjoy many things.Some are reading, sewing, music and many other things. Trying to keep in shape is a challenge. I'm sure there will be much needed help here. "I keep trying to lose weight — but it keeps finding me!" Lol.

Things I do for exercise: I am so blessed to have these indoor equipment, although I will admit I don't use them as often as I should. Treadmill Walking, Rebounding, Gravity Rider, Stationary Bike & Stepper I like to do my exercising in short time allotments. Every hour I try to do 5 minutes of something. Needless to say I don't always do get around to it .

We are retired and live in the country of N. E. Ga. It's so quite here. We love it. We have 2 boys and 4 grandchildren. I usually stay pretty busy with my hobbies and cooking twice a day. After breaking my hip 2 years ago, I find it much harder to do things I used to do, but I cannot give up, or I would be stiff as a board. Lol
