Introduction Text Hi everyone. I'm Breanna. 21 years old. 5'6" and came back to this site after some time to lose weight the healthy way. When I was 16, I joined Sparkteens weighing 211 pounds. Their program helped me lose around 30 pounds in a matter of months. Unfortunately, I fell into a viscous cycle of eating disorders after my initial weight loss. I'm currently still struggling with EDNOS (eating disorder not other specified) with tendencies of anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder. I'm horrified of eating and gaining weight. I have to physically stop myself from not rushing to the bathroom and purge after every time I eat, and I am hopelessly obsessed with weighing myself 10+ times a day. I want to lose weight, but I also want to live. I have an incredible family that needs me and if I died due to my eating disorder, they would never forgive themselves for not seeing it earlier. I don't want to do that to the people I love most. That's why I'm here. This site worked for me when I was a teenager, I hope it can still work for me now as a young adult. Well, that's a little back story of my weight loss. I'm a really friendly and supportive person and would love to make new, healthy friends in my life that will support my choice to recover from my eating disorder. I'm here to motivate and support you all and to wish you good luck on your weight loss journeys. -Breanna. (:

Weight Loss Goals: CW: 160? -Lose 2 lbs. a week. Personal Goals: -Weigh myself only once a week on Sunday. -Love myself and be happy. -Realize my accomplishments and be proud of my progress. -Know that I am beautiful and not "fat" anymore. -Stop being afraid of eating in front of others. -Realize that the whole world is not looking at me and judging me.
