"2020" Time to make changes!!


I will be following a healthy eating plan of (1200-1500 cals a day) & a minimum of 30 min of exercise daily.
I'm going to work hard this year to get weight off I'm so tired of YoYo eating & lack of exercise..I want to be vibrant/fit/healthy,feel/look good & live a life that is fun/exciting & more productive!..I want to fit into clothes that are cute & comfortable and look good on me...I need to do this for my health!..I will fight hard for a change in ME! No Excuses! Because I am worth ...
