    Oka Brian... I just read about your challenge (I'm #15 on the replacements) with the 10 miles this week or LUNGES (eeeeeeeeeeek!!). I replied on the forum but I wasn't sure if you were gunna go back and read it so here's what I wrote:

    "I am going to have to deny Brians challenge because I don't walk or run. This is NOT because I'm lazy, but rather because I have HUGE calf muscles for a women and I hate them. I would rather have them be straight fat then what they look like now lol. For this reason I stay away from treadmills, walking(as a form of exercise), and running (walking 2hrs 5x a week for a year.. a few years back.. is how they got this way in the first place!). IF I can count the miles I do on the elliptical and the time I do on the Cybex Arc Trainer (which is a machine that is considered to be a cross between an elliptical & the stairmaster) then I would be up for the challenge! I prefer those machine's because they work much more on my thighs and glutes then on my calves :o) "

    So let me know if this meets the challenge guidelines so I can get moving even more than I already am lol

    Hey Brian! Thanks for the interest and comment. I'm actually on week 2 of the C25K. This week I'm doing 90seconds of running and 120 seconds of walking. It's tough but I'm doing it. It says in 2 months you should be able to run 3 miles but I'm not so sure. This is a lot of weight to be running with. You thinking about doing it?
