Introduction Text My name is Sabrina and I am a pop rock artist. I write my own music and sing for a living (I know, living the dream right?!) Food has always been my downfall. Even as a child my mother told me that the only way to settle me down was with something in my mouth - no wonder why I'm over weight today! I have recently lost 3 stone since September 2015, which is great going from 20stone to 17stone, but I know that there is still room for improvement. I lost weight through a special doctor supervised diet which was ridiculously expensive and although I did see results, I got fed up of the food and the slow progress, so I'm coming onto SP to help. I truly believe with lifestyle changes and lots of community support we can all reach out goals. I'm also a noob vegan. :-)

1) Feel more energetic during the day (I always nap!) 2) Feel confident and sexy in my own skin 3) Give and receive support from others who are struggling 4) Be able to jump about and sing at the same time

Vegan diet: No dairy, eggs or meat HCLF diet, 80:10:10 Gym x3 times a week, dog walking, swimming, yoga and pilates every so often

Name is Sabrina. Full time singer, part time singing teacher. I love music and i hope to lose alot of weight so others may take me seriously. i also want to lose weight because there hasnt bee one time in my life where i havent been overweight or obese... ITS TIME FOR A CHANGE!
