2011 The Year of Change!


A WORK IN PROGRESS. 2/09/2011
In 2010 it felt as though I was continuing in a downward spiral and I needed to figure out how to pick myself back up and start that up hill climb.

I started working on my innerself, in the hopes that this would bring out the outerself I have been trying to find in weightloss.

My Goal weight is 145, it will be interesting to see how long it takes me to meet this goal.

Current weight as of November 2010 242.8

I was recently diagnosed with Diabetes and on medication for that. I should have known better than to allow myself to get to this point but I didn't. I have a family history of Diabetes and should have known that the risks was higher for me. I am now trying really hard to focus on myself and get my life back on track and loose this weight so that I can get off of the Diabetes medication.

    Wow...didn't know you had 3 jobs!! I have 2 myself!! But I can understand not wanting to get on here much but we made a promise to check in!! Well, I get down and out cause my friends don't stay on the website much or should I say, they give up and just dont see them. Why get on and friend someone if you're not serious??!! Thats what I'm saying to myself!!! But I need that motivation and if I don't see it then I'm out!! That's not good...But I'm on facebook too!!     Happy Thursday to you!! Hope all is well and we are trying to stay on the right track!!! Haven't seen or heard from you in a while so I'm stopping in and checking on you. I have a hard time keeping you around...and I would like for that to change but I guess you can only do what you can do. We get wrapped up in our everyday lives and sometimes forget to breathe....so with that being said...I hope you're focused, and getting plenty of rest to go along with your diet!! Oh...and stay cool!!! I don't know how hot it is in your area but it's 107 today in my area and it's gonna feel like 114!!! So, I'm not going out until it's time to get off from work!!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Hey there!!! You know I wish the same for you!!!! Happy 4th!!!! And you know when I joined Spark...I don't know if you read my personal info.. But I said that I wanted that Janet Jackson body!! Thats why she's up there now!!! emoticon I believe I'm her number 1 fan!!! I know everything I need to know about her.     HAPPY VACATION to you!!! emoticon I hope you enjoy it and yes start to focus on YOU more!!! We get so wrapped up in helping others and the everyday life that we forget about US!! So, I agree with you...lets be there more for eachother next month. Now I will stop by more just don't get sick of me!!! emoticon . We will have some success in the month of July!!! The both of us..so get ready!!! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon
