    I have SO fallen off the wagon over the last month. But I lost 7 lbs! I am only 8 lbs away from my goal weight of 150. I think now that grad school applications are in I am going to have to pull myself up by my bootstraps. No way I am running in this cold though. I will start with weight training and go from there...

    I lluuurrrve the Kashi Pocket Breads and Dinners. Their only real drawback is sodium (like most frozen food) but as long as you only eat, say one a day, they aren't so bad. They have lots of fiber and whole grains and protein, generally no more than 300 calories and very little fat. I think I am going to use them for lunches once I start work. (Especially reccommend Turkey Fiesta pocket bread and Chicken Pasta Pomodoro dinner. Yummmmmmm!
