I thought this was important enough to pass on:

2 glasses when waken r up- this helps to activate internal organs

1 glass 30 minutes before each meal- helps with digestion

1 glass before a bath-helps to lower blood pressure (this was new to me)

1 glass before bed- helps to avoid stroke or heart attack (this was new to me, also)
Eat less CRAP

1. WANT TO BE HEALTHIER And MORE ENERGETIC

3. TO DO EVERYDAY JOBS MORE SMOOTHLY and feel more positive
4. TO DO THINGS THAT ARE MIRED BY MY physical condition AND don' t get OUT OF BREATH

1. I will log all my exercise min on the Walkers, Runners, Joggers & Gadgeteers-l page
2. I will focuses on getting more exercise done early in the week to help the Walkers, Runners, Joggers & Gadgeteers-
3. I will try to motivate of my teammates a week with goodies, blog respond, and stopping by their page

ENJOY BEING IN THE CHALLENGE BECAUSE I LOVE GETTING HEALTHIER. I LOVE MOTIVATING THE team TO SUCCEED. I LIKE helping the Walkers, Runners, Joggers & Gadgeteers- I also love the whole community. The leader of the dogs is one of my best friend on spark. I love the completion we share trying to beat each other team

What will you do for exercise? Walking and my video
Next plan on what you will do for exercise. If you are just starting out aim for consistency; will you walk daily for 10 minutes? Hopefully 20 min a day
How will you eat; by a specified diet or sticking to spark nutrition? I am doing ;ess crap more food
Decide on what food plan you will stick to - less crap more food 5 fruit and veggie 5 day a week,
