"Nothing tastes as good as healthy FEELS!" Gluten-Free & Sugar Free, mainly Plant-Based Diet = as much "RAW" as possible since 31 October, 2011. Need to eat Grain-Free and Dairy-Free = don't WANT to... My goal is to drink half my body weight in ounces of water each day. I strive to exercise 1000+ minutes per month. My Goal is to "REBOOT" my Body, and stay off meds! I strive to "Eat a RAINBOW" = Something from every color of the rainbow, each day. The DARKER the color, the more nutrients. Eat less, move more, trust God for everything!
