I have joined a challenge group to lose 5% of weight this Fall. One of the requirements for this group was to update our pages.

personally I want to lose 85#

I want more energy to last all day.

I want to prove to myself that I can do it...once and for all

also learning to drastically reduce salt & sugar intake
Drink more water
Need to start a "real food" diet...only real, fresh, unprocessed food allowed.
