Introduction Text This year was a challenging one, and I once again found myself eating and drinking my stress. I have gained over twenty pounds, and I really feel it in my muscles and joints. A desire to regain my health, my energy, and my confidence has me back at it. I'm not going to wait to make a New Year's resolution. There's no time like the present. While I've continued to exercise, my consumption is out of control, and "you can't outrun your fork". Time to get back to tracking, and eating better.

To get to my goal weight of 140 pounds. To exercise daily for at least 30 minutes for both my physical and mental health. To eat well: nutrition and portion sizes. To drink more water. To stay positive and energized. To get more sleep.
