This is MY year!!


Hi, my name is Carol. Thanks for stopping by my page. I am a member of Weight Watchers. I live in Michigan on Lake Erie. It is my deepest desire to become healthy and fit. I will do whatever it takes. I sometime stumble on my journey, but manage to pick myself up and go on. I will NEVER give up, I will NEVER quit!!! Slow and steady wins this race!!

My Goals:
To get to my goal weight this year. To move and do some form of exercise 6 days a week.
To NEVER give up!!
To keep motivated and positive

My Program:
 Walk almost everyday
Sun Day off
Weight-stregnth training 2X week
Zumba class 2Xweek
Put as many miles on my bike whenever possible
swim, kayak, yoga, turbo jam, ellipitical, and just move it, move it!!





Personal Information:
I have been married to a wonderful man for 32 years. We plan to do alot of traveling in the future.

    Thank you for the spark goodie. I too have been struggling with a few pounds that I put on over the winter. The older I get the longer it takes to lose it and you would think I would have learned my lesson well by this time but at least we have spark and the chance everyday to continue our journey.
