Hi, I'm 29 years old. I have 2 kids, one is 6yrs old the other is 10 months. I gained 50 about 5 years ago and can't get it off. So, I want to try this and see if it will help me. I think logging in everyday and talking to people it will help me out.

 I'm trying to stick within the calories i'm suppose to eat. I was walking but it has gotten way to hot outside for me to do that. So, my next step is to join a gym or get some workout videos.


Personal Information:
I live in Arkansas. This is a pretty nice place to live. It's very hot outside in the summer so that sucks. I have 2 great kids and a wonderful husband.
