What an awesome journey...I am the turtle! I am still busy but now more than ever aware of the need to get the weight off forever!

Learning that a community can change together.

Finding each week it is still a struggle but I can make the right choice and the next day is better because I did!

This is a good time to refocus the journey and learn how to live a lifestyle change. I have not made my goal but it is possible in 2013.

My Goals:
- 2013
My goal is to begin to make a few lifestyle commitments.
-stop eating highly processed foods
-find foods I like that are healthy
-make a list of each food I really like and then come up with recipes
--exercise: find a program to do at home to supplement the gym!

2012
To work towards ideal weight with stops along the way every 10 pounds--until goal met.

The first years with SP...
My goal is to work toward a consistent trend down in weight and to walk a lot.
2010 bootcamp goal is to drop 6 pounds and to begin to exercise daily DONE
Lose the 10 pounds before my jeans wear out completely! DONE
February: work on losing next 10 pounds
March: didn't gain/didn't lose
April: reach 20 pounds lost. DONE
May: set next goals/2010.
2011
Did not get to goal in 2011, so that is journey for 2012


My Program:
January-April
Work with a trainer 2-3 times a week ...and now I need to decide if I will continue for May, June, July ....

Exercise 20 minutes daily

Limit sugar
Limit coffee
Drink water
