1) 5 days cardio ;30 minutes a day
2) Journal/Blog weekly.
3)achieve balance; mind, body, spirit
My Program:
20-30 g fat daily max
keep calories low
exercise
Personal Information:
I have 3 beautiful adult children, 4 amazing grandchildren. I want to be a good example for all those I come in contact with, stay healthy and enjoy life-ups and downs! I thank God on the daily for so many blessings in my life!
