When you feel good about yourself, you want to take care of your body. This positive mind-set will naturally motivate you to make good food choices and want to exercise more.
So start being nicer to yourself. Talk to yourself like you would talk to a friend. Then healthy eating and exercise will start to become ways to be nice to yourself instead of feeling like torture.
