OK, after 2 weeks this is not as hard as I have always believed. Will see what happens in the next couple. I always seem to be able to drop the first 5 or so, it's after that the determination seems to fade. I really like doing the nutrition tracking. I haven't changed my types of foods eaten so much but am highly aware of what I'm eating. Still having serious struggle getting the exercise in and think I should be able to log some of the strength training calories. Oh well, Rome wasn't ...

35 lbs total
Back to regular exercise routine.
Set mini goals- the first is 5 lbs at a time.
My Program:
Currently focusing on getting back on track been off routine for 6 months back again but with health in mind going for 115 days to change will get serious about the exercise hopefully within the next couple of weeks. Next mini goal is 5 lbs by the end of December.
