Have you thought about running? I think it's the easiest thing to stick with: you only need yourself to do it! Besides, you get to relax to. Sure, you won't run a lot at the begin, but you'll already sweet a lot. hehe There's a sparkteam about it: running for beginners. It's cool. =)
Here things are fine. My city offers on summer exercise classes for free, such as kung fu, dancing, volleyball, etc. I think I'll do some of then for fun.
PS: I miss a kind of msn tool here on sparkpeople, don't you?
