this helps me. I rotate 2 breakfasts. one is 2 slices bacon, i cook it then stick 1 tablespoon of butter in with the bacon fat, and add 2 eggs beaten with an ounce of cream cheese . I scramble that up and thats it..the other is the fat shake i make..2 eggs, 1 ounce cream cheese, 1 tablespoon MCT or coconut oil, a little flavoring (my current is caramel) and sometimes 1 packet truvia, sometimes not. i whiz it in the magic bullet with 2 ice cubes. best milkshake ever!!
lunch i have whatever fatty meat i have on hand..sometimes leftover from supper the night before, sometimes pepperoni, or a beef stick, or beef summer sausage, and an ounce or 2 of cheese.
then supper is whatever fatty meat i have(last night was strip steak, i cooked some mushrooms in butter in a fry pan, added the steak, cooked to med rare, then served with some butter) if i dont have mushrooms or zucchini, i have a small spinach salad with a little sharp cheese in it and oil and vinegar. sometimes i have quiche...cook a pound of sausage or a pound of bacon. put in bottom of a deep pie plate. (no need to drain, but if bacon crumble it) cover with 8 oz grated swiss (never buy pre grated they put potato starch or other non keto food to keep it from clumping) then mix 2 cups heavy cream with 4 large eggs and pour over.
