I am getting back to a good place. I have been very overwhelmed by life, and I am finally getting a chance to breathe. I have a lot of things coming up that will bring a lot of temptations and I am trying to figure out how to deal with that. At least 2 events each weekend as far out as I dare to look.

My goal is to lose a few more pounds so that I am happier with my dress options for the upcoming wedding!

My Program:
 I try to exercise 30 minutes at least 6 times a week, and keep cheating to a minimum!
