Introduction Text Hi and welcome to my page. I have been on Spark for a year and a half but have never set up a page - untill now (3/13/10). I am now setting goals and making plans for a healthier, happier life. Join me on my journey??? (Hope I can edit this later - might have more to say!) Things that would be hard for me: Not to eat in front of the TV, to give up sweets & fast food. ;( A happy family is but an earlier heaven -Sir John Bowring

Weigh in once a month (on the Wii) and lose 4 lbs a month. (Starting 3/1/10) If all works well, I will have lost 40 lbs by the end of 2010. ** Once a month did not work - every 2 weeks from now on. To go up and down stairs without being winded would be great!

Yes, I need one of these! Work out with Wii at least a 1/2 hour every day. ** Kind of starting over 6/22 - start with 15 minutes a day and go from there ;) Walk the dog (weather permitting) more often and for a longer distance Starting 3/19/10 - No McDonalds or BK for a month.
