Introduction Text I've been on about every diet out there. I'm at the point now where I want to just stop dieting and start doing the right things. I'm 50 years old, a super proud grandma, married to a great man and have a son, Tyler, he was a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps and was deployed to Afghanistan in April 2013 (update: returned to US soil unharmed Oct 21st, 2014). He is now out of the Marine Corps. I am an RN. I want to learn once and for all how to eat and how to move for my health. I've been a member of SparkPeople since 2005, but have not utilized it to its full potential, which I am now ready to do! I will for sure have something to show before my 15 year Spark mark...I have made a promise to myself!

To STOP starting over!!! New goal 1/1/2016: Back to clean eating and exercise...cutting out the CRAP (Carbonated, Refined, Artificial, Processed foods).

Track and move, track and move, track and move

I have had enough of quitting. It's full steam ahead.

August 28th, 2015 - Relocated to Reedsville, WV with my husband. I was born in the Philadelphia, PA area, moved to Valparaiso IN when I was 7 and to Pittsburgh, PA when I was 10.
