Introduction Text I more or less want/need to lose weight. That's been my mentality for too long! It needs to change. I need to change. Why? First of all for health reasons. I want more energy. I want to feel better, look better.

This week I just want to get started. Baby steps. First goal: to drink my water everyday. Second goal: Exercise 3 times a week

To make sure I drink my water I've put a glass by the frig & a sheet of paper to record what I drink. Record the food I eat & try to stay within the guidelines. Allow for eating out once a week. I need to learn to plan ahead.

I'm one of Jehovah's Witnesses & proud of it! I'm in my 20th year of pioneering..I've been married for almost 46 years to a sweetheart of a man. We have 7 children, 5 serve Jehovah. We also have 16 grandchildren & 3 great.
