I am losing weight to live.I know from personal experience being overweight is dangerous to you health.I have always been considered chubby or thick now i'm not big,overweight,fat but now I'm obese at 49 I don't want to have a stroke or heart attack because I'm having a Love affair with food.After many attempts I have taken my health issues to a higher power and I feel victory close. I"ve been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and my stomach is so big,and I have always had a small waist now I look to be 5 month pregnant,I'm gonna get my stomach as flat as i can and so i can see below my waist and prove if you are a healthy weight and as less stomach fat as possible you can beat type 2 diabetes.Fat has attacked my entire body.Follow me on my journey I accept the fact to lose weight you must EXERCISE! THERE IS NO QUICK FIX
Step 1
I have a excellent dietitian who has taught me how to eat to lose weight and control my appetite.
Step 2
I knew what and how to eat I just couldn't control how much.My twisted my physician arm t prescribe me diet pills
Step 3
I joined the gym : Family Fitness

I have the what,how much,and when to eat food knowledge.
I have the diet pills to control my appetite.
I accept the fact healthy weight loss is achieved through exercise.

I'm drinking Dieter's Tea to keep me regular
so the food don't just sit in my tummy for days,weeks,months...LOL

I'm also using acai berry cleansers on a daily basis to help me keep feeling light
