Introduction Text At my heaviest a few years I weighed 275 pounds. I achieved Onederland on February 17, 2014. One of my proudest accomplishments. I have gained some of my weight back and am back over 200 lbs. I haven't been eating well or exercising much and need to get back in Onederland and even lower. My next goal is to reach the 150s. As long as I'm under 160 the doctor is thrilled considering I used to be 275 lbs.

My short term goal is to reach 180 pounds. When I do this I will weigh the same I did in high school when I graduated in 1985.

I try to watch what I eat which is sometimes difficult with a chef at home who loves to cook and it's not always low calorie. So I try to keep a lot of calories for supper.

I am from Alberta, Canada where I have lived most of my life.

I have one cat Callie and a dog, Bear, who is half Shar Pei and half lab, pitbull and bull dog. He is a sweetie. We also have a dog, Oskar, who is a mini daschund. One of my favorite authors is Holly Kennedy (but I may be a bit prejudiced since she's my cousin).
