I'm a 55 year old lady from NC. I’m starting my weight loss journey. I know at my age this can be difficult. However, I’m a positive outgoing person. To be healthy so I can enjoy my granddaughter and my children. Also so I can enjoy life better.

My Program:
 Low carb eating due to diabetes.

I've lived in NC most of my life. I live in a small town called Denver. I love the small town life. It's great for the soul.
