Introduction Text After battling my weight my whole life, I have decided to do something with all that I have learned & my love of getting fit, to help other women become the BeaUtiful woman that they really are, by getting my certification as a Group Fitness Instructor & eventually, degree in nutrition, as well as, becoming a certified Image/style consultant thru AICI. Though this may seem like a lot to take on in my late 40's, I know through God, I can do this, since it has been a dream of mine for over 20 years! This determination has helped me to take care of myself, watch what I put into & on my body, to be an example & great instructor!

get back to the weight & size I was 5 years ago! And into all of those beautiful clothes I have! Start living & being the beautiful woman on the outside, that I am on the inside! To make my sons proud of me!

90% of the time, only consuming what is good & nutritious for my body & well being. Hiking, dancing, walking, playing, having FUN with fitness & enjoying life! Following God's guidance!
