My goal is to be healthier. I'd like to weigh less, but more importantly, I want to be more fit. I want to be able to keep up with my daughter. I want to bike and hike with her. I want to sit indian style on the floor.

    Thanks for your comment on my blog......the wound tunnels under the skin about 4 inches to the right, I am guessing. I had some debridement done Tuesday and then, the nurse packed the wound, and it hasn't been disturbed since. I have changed the 4x4's on the top of the wound the last two days.

    I am sorry for your friend who is dealing with the seroma....I had no idea it could be that much of a problem.

    Thanks so much for the encouragement, I have to be at the wound center at 9 am tomorrow, so will leave home about 8. emoticon emoticon
