I'm using exercise to improve my overall health. Losing weight will be a nice bonus, but it's not the sole driver. Presently I'm not only dealing with arthritis in my knees and big toes, as well as plantar fasciitis, but now I also have a protruding disc that is 'impinging' on a nerve; good times. Getting up ...

I'm using exercise to improve my overall health. Losing weight will be a nice bonus, but it's not the sole driver. Getting up and moving is a challenge, but the alternative is no longer acceptable. I don't want surgery, so I need to get up and move!

- Achieve a healthy lfestyle
- Learn to enjoy my appearance and progress for what it is
- Stick with it; the harder it becomes, the more you need to do it!
My Program:
- Track workouts and make more time for activities
- Yoga and/or Pilates at least once a week
- Strength Training 2x/wk
- KEEP MOVING!
