Introduction Text I joined Spark People to meet others like me who could be a motivation and encouragement during my life changing experience.

My weight loss goal is to lose another 63 pounds before the years end.

I have lost 40 pounds already since January 2008 by just changing my eating habits. With adding exercise and a strong support group to my weight maintenance program, I know I can lose the rest

I am originally from New Jersey now living in Jacksonville Florida with my 2 children and 3 young grandsons.

I enjoy reading, fishing, teaching,family time, and making new friends. I have begun pursuing my BS degree in Business Management which should be completed by this time next year.This is the year of performance and I intend to meet all of my goals.
