Introduction Text Here I'm again, almost 2 years later and all my recently successes have faded away. I'm again at a very high weight - 121 kg or 267 lbs. I'm not feeling healthy and every time I have to take a step I'm running out of air and getting a sweat. This isn't acceptable for me anymore! No more remembering the times I took actions and was able to run 5k! No more remembering How my favorite pants fitted! No more remembering how easy some things were without the excess weihgt! Time for me to change again and be healthier! The first step to a new me starts today! Love Yvonne

Final Goal: Loose 61 kg/135 lbs an go down to 60 kg/132 lbs ******************************** [] Be under 110kg/243lbs by 2012/01/16, my colloquium [] Be under 105kg/230lbs by end of february, my graduation party [] Beat the 100kg/220lbs [] Beat the 90kg/200lbs on my birthday in July, this one was always my downfall. Always stopped here and gained again. But not this time around!

The first step is to eat healthier, away with all those fast foods! And then I want slowly build up my fitness level, because right now I'm a real couch potatoe. Im a member of the BLC#13. So far this is giving me a real motivation bust.

I'm from Germany, grown up close to Frankfurt. But living in the moment in Cologne with my long-time relationship. I hope to motivate him to join Sparkpeople also and lose weight with us all!

I'm a Scrapper and a Geocacher and enjoy the outdoors. I always have to know exactly how things work. Otherwise I love it to read, but unfortunately I don't have enought time because of my studies! Oh yes, Music is a big part of my life, I need it like coffee in the morning, which I also need by the way ;)
