Introduction Text Here I go again. another challeage. I have had so many ups and downs the past 3 years that have kept me in a state of confusion. I gain and then lose and then gain.

today is the rest of my life. I'm pledging to myself to start taking care of ME. I am making a new life for myself. I am woman, hear me roar!

I am using the 3-hour diet. I need and want to get out of this rut. I'm not going to make plans since they seem to fall apart. I'm taking one day at a time.

My name is Mary. I am living in Utah. I am from SC. I have been living in Utah for 47 years. I am going through a depression since I lost my husband. it is hard to not let myself go and think no one will love me if I'm fat since I'm not looking for love.

I enjoy writing and working on finishing a mystery book and hoping to have it published. I enjoy writing poems also. I enjoy music. I am retired and take care of two of my grandkids. I have 21 grandkids and 2 great grandkids. I was married to a wonderful guy for 43 years. He passed away Jan. 2007
