HELLO I AM BACK AGAIN AND NEED TO LOOSE AROUND 15 POUNDS ME AND MY HUBBY BOTH QUIT SMOKING JULY 24,2009. AND I HAVE BOTH OF US HAS GAINED ALOT OF WEIGHT AND I AM NOT GOING BACK TO SMOKING THAT IS FOR SURE BUT I HAVE TO LOOSE THIS WEIGHT AND JUST NEED ENCOURAGEMENT AND SUPPORT. BLESSINGS TO ALL OF YOU HERE AND GOD BLESS US ONE AND ALL WITH THE STRENGTH AND GUIDENCE WE NEED TO DO THIS AMEN.

    Hi,
    I wanted to read your spark page to see if I could figure out who Amanda was (from your post today regarding what she wrote). You have the most beautiful page I have ever seen - I just want to stay here to look at the pictures! I too suffer from depression and anxiety, so if you ever need to chat let me know. Also, CONGRATULATIONS on quitting smoking. Lung cancer from smoking took away my grandmother and then my mom in 2004 when she was only 60. My daughters were only 2 and 6 months when she passed.
