Introduction Text I recently lost a lot of weight -- yay! But this last 30 pounds is harder than the first 140! I'm a recovering and re-recovering binge eater who needs to keep it all under control. I'm committed to honestly recording my diet and exercise to monitor that process. I just want to be happy, healthy and wise (and rich wouldn't hurt!)

I want to stay healthy and binge free for more than two days at a time. I want to be happy with myself physically and emotionally. I want to build strength and endurance. I want to find a cure for wrinkles :)

Exercise and portion control -- damn those things are hard! I'm working on being consistent with both -- gotta make that commitment! Exercising every day is the key for me. Whatever form that takes (walking, swimming, Yoga, going to the gym) it has to be every day!
