Hi my name is Mary and I need to loose a lot of weight. I am tired of my back hips and knees hurting all the time. I have had 1 knee replaced already and am waiting for the next one.I like to travel, read ,scrapbook ,and watch tv.

My Goals:
My short term goal is to loose 10 lbs a month until I reach a weight of 108 - 115.

My Program:
 I have just started today is my first day really. I am tracking everything I put in my mouth. Trying to drink lots of water and do a light workout .


Personal Information:
My name is Mary I am 59 and need to loose over a 100 lbs. I am married with 2 grown children and 4 Grandsons. My husband & I just returned from the Dominican Republic and decided it was time to loose weight. I live in Regina, Sask. Canada

Other Information:
 I love reading mystery stories and horror books. Authors like S.King, Dean KoontzMary Higgins Clark just to name a few. I also love to Scrapbook all my pictures. I enjoy my family and traveling.
