Introduction Text I'm finally ready to overcome years of battling this weight issue. It's been over 20 years that I have been unhappy about my weight and I can no longer blame it on pregnancies (my youngest daughter is in her twenties). I am ready to start a new and live a happy,healthy life. It is time that I refocus and begin to live the best life I possibly can. No excuses. Take this one day, one moment at a time. Do the things that I enjoy to get my life and health back.

My 2014-15 goals are to: Eat Breakfast every day Drink more water Eat more fruits and vegetables-at least 5 servings a day Get more active, stretch more and do the things I love.

Started walking little by little Have been eating breakfast daily (a meal that I usually skip) Hope to start a serious work out program that includes, walking, hiking, bike riding, skating, and sports.
