It's time to start a new


I'm finally ready to overcome years of battling this weight issue. It's been over 20 years that I have been unhappy about my weight and I can no longer blame it on pregnancies (my youngest daughter is in her twenties). I am ready to start a new and live a happy,healthy life.

It is time that I refocus and begin to live the best life I possibly can. No excuses. Take this one day, one moment at a time. Do the things that I enjoy to get my life and health back.

My Goals:
My 2014-15 goals are to:
Eat Breakfast every day
Drink more water
Eat more fruits and vegetables-at least 5 servings a day
Get more active, stretch more and do the things I love.

My Program:
 Started walking little by little
Have been eating breakfast daily (a meal that I usually skip)
Hope to start a serious work out program that includes, walking, hiking, bike riding, skating, and sports.

I am from Buffalo NY but reside Connecticut.

Other Information:
 I love to read, sit at the beach on a nice hot day. I like to cook although since I follow a gluten free diet I've had to make adjustments in the way I cook. I am a mother of three adult children and also a Grandmother or Cena as I'm called..

    Sounds like a plan. I'll be there the 21st-23rd. Some friends that I grew up with we're all meeing in Buffalo that weekend. There's 4 girls in their family and 3 in mine. So not only did we all graduate from East High but we attended the same church and our mothers were friends. So the 2 oldest girls are celebraing their 45th class reunion that weekend. I have no family that lives in Buffalo now but I still have a few friends. I love going back to Buffalo as we have some really great food there.
