I am a mommy of 3 beautiful boys and a wife to a wonderful man for almost 6 years. My two oldest boys both have autism and my youngest is just 17 months old. So emtional eating is a major challange for me! But I know I can loose weight the right way here on sparkpeople.com

My Goals:
My first goal is to get get to my prepregnancy weight of last year. After that I will continue to add more. But I want to loose weight and become healthy overall.

My Program:
 My plan is to count calories and to exercise. As I go along my journey I will tweek my exercise and calories so I can continue to loose weight.


Personal Information:
My name is Crystal and I have 3 boys ( 6,4 and 1). I have been married for almost 6 years to a wonderful man. I have struggles with my weight my whole life and would like to get my weight back undercontrol now. I live in Orem Utah

Other Information:
 I am a big family person and love to spend time with my family.
