Hi Spark People!

I'm back at it again, working hard to change my lifestyle for the better. I've always struggled with my weight off and on my whole life. I've been as heavy as 309lbs, and as low as 135lbs at the height of 5'11. At this point, I want to learn to be healthier, and to live a lifestyle that is good for my future family. I failed so many times, but I continued to keep trying, and now I've been SUCCESSFUL with the help of SparkPeople!

My Goals:

To live a healthier life!

Be a role model for my family and friends!

To be happier and healthier!

Eat clean, workout dirty everyday!

Look in the mirror, and be proud of myself! :):):)


My Program:

- CLEAN DIET!!! If it's not natural, don't eat it.

- Work out 45 Minutes - 1 hour 5 days per week.

- I keep a food journal, and I record everything. It holds me accountable.

- I have eliminated: All meat, fast foods, fried foods, soda, alcohol, and juices.

- I have several servings of fruits and green vegetables everyday.

- Drink 1 Gallon of water per day.

- I do NOT use any weight loss pills or any weight loss supplements.



Personal Information:
My name is Joselyn, and I've always struggled with my weight. Throughout my life my weight has gone up and down, yo-yoing me from very thin to severely obese.

I only believe in doing this the old fashioned, natural way, through eating right and exercise. I want to inspire my friends and family to attain the best health they can have. :)


Other Information:
My ULTIMATE goal is to have my weight loss success story featured in People Magazine 1/2 Their Size Edition!
