Fitness Minutes: 10,604

My Goals:
Lose weight to achieve a healthy lifestyle

Add more movement to my life

Drink more water

Learn and practice better self care

My Program:
 Low Carbs, Lean Protein, lots of fruit and veggies.

Strength training every day alternating between upper and lower with core every day. I give myself a break on sundays. Trying to work in a 1/2 hour of cardio daily but I am hit and miss on that. Maybe this week I will make that change....

Born in Dallas and live in a suburb of Big D.

    Thanks for reading my blog. We're in this together. I know what you mean about going on vacation. We're headed to see my daughter in Arkansas over the 4th of July weekend. I've got to prepare something I can eat on the way that fits my plan. Normally I would stop at every Dairy Queen on the way up and back, but can't do that anymore. When I get there, I'm sure my son-in-law will grill some chicken. Where are you going? I hope that wherever it is, you can find something really tasty and nutritious so you won't feel deprived. Let me know how it went.
