Starting Over

I joined SP on Jan 7, 2008 and was able to lose 41 lbs with the help of my DDDs. Unfortunately, I became less active and as a result, gained all the weight back. I need to start all over again.
I know it is going to be hard, but like what my friend would always say - Back to Basics and that is what I need to do!

I recently joined BLC 20 (Sept 2012) with the goal of losing 20 lbs.
These were the goals which I have made at the start of the challenge:
1. Lose 20 lbs (from 213 to 193 lbs) –yay this would put me in ONEDERLAND!!!
2. Fit into my size 16 jeans – fitting into size 14 will be a bonus!!
3. Improve my mile walk/run. Currently, I am at 18 mins & 46 secs.
4. Not look like I am 10 yrs older than my actual age specially when I am with my friends. Seriously, my BFFs from high school look like they are still in high school. The have not aged at all!!!
Barely 3 weeks left in BLC 20, I am pushing hard to reach my goals if not, just to come really close.

2. To lose 10 lbs per month
My Program:
1. to eat 1200 - 1500 calories a day. Preferably lower end of my range.
2. To burn about 500 calories/day thru cardio and ST:
3. drink 8 cups of water daily
