Introduction Text Trying to get back into my Spark groove. I've been sticking to a healthy eating plan although I've been away from SP, time just slips away with work & raising a toddler. But I'm trying to find time now to log in with my teams more regularly now. My Blood sugar has crept up but I'm working to improve those #s by: *Continue my water intake of 10 cups daily *Eat a healthy, Colorful selection of fruits, veggies *Cardio activity at least 2 days per week *2 days per week of strength exercise *Limit sodium *Getting at least 7 hours of sleep each nite *Keeping my carbs @ less than 125 g per day *Checking my sugar twice daily for at least 5 days a week Ready, set, go!!! My current start back weight is 169, hoping to reach 165 by New Year's 2019.

Beginning weight for 2013: 170 Goal weight for December 31, 2018 is 165

Goals for 2018 *Drop weight to 165 * 10-11Cups of water daily *4-6 servings of fruits/veggies daily *limit carbs *reduce A1C to 6.9

Live in NC, employed as a insurance account manager & wife of a bi-vocational minister. Mother of 5, grandmother of 11 + 1 on the way in March 2017. Currently also raising our 1 year old Grandaughter, Amari.

Family time is important, love snuggling with Amari & reading books together. Love visiting the beach, the sound of the waves is so peaceful to me.
