I live in Washington State, Port Angeles to be exact. It's at the start of the Straits of Juan de Fuca, and directly across the water from Victoria Canada. Beautiful place.

I have struggled with weight my whole life. More than once I''ve had to lose 30 pounds. It just kinda creeps up on ya uh?

My family includes my husband, myself and a Pomchi.

I have 3 daughters, as of Feb 2018 they all live on this side of the Puget Sound too. I have 6 grandchildren, ages 26, 22,10 and 8, 5, and a 2 year old. Only the oldest is a boy, all the rest are girls!

My biggest wish was to live closer to my children and grandchildren again. We are the ones that moved away for 15 years. My wish came true, but it was hard won. On Oct 18, 2013 we had a house fire in our home in Lake Havasu, AZ. It took nine months of misery, RENTALS moves, and insurance adjustments but we moved into OUR home in Port Angeles, WA 7-18-2014. Nine months to the day of the fire.

Here''s to us ALL "positively" losing to our goal weight and then keeping our weight off!!

HI Debby, ask her to remember some of the times she went thru the worry, anxiety and if you take her step by step, it'll make more sense to her. I did it this AM with someone who totally got it. It's not the first time I've done it, recently with my GD. I'm so GLAD I've learned!! Sure, I'll make sure that there's plenty of food, litter etc. for Izzy, but shoot I do that any ways. I'll make sure it's super clean etc, but I do that anyways. AND what a GREAT thing to do in order to handle any anxiety and worry!!

OH Debby,, adult coloring online is so much FUN and so addictive!! I LOVE the mystery ones. LOL You have NO CLUE what its going to be until you get partway thru it. SO COOL and the blended ones, those are so much fun watching as they come together. There are TONS of adult coloring apps, I like happy coloring but there are a TON of them, they are all similar.

No, using an alarm and getting 7 hours is not supposed to help me heal. Not overdoing my walks and getting GOOD sleep will, though.

Last night my sleep wasn't so good. Lots of tossing and turning. Turned off the alarm this morning and rolled over and went back to sleep. 9 hours of light sleep. Only 38 minutes spent in deep sleep. On good nights, I'll have 3 or 4 hours of deep sleep.
