If you are keeping track of your weight for the In Between Challenge don't forget to fill in the template tomorrow, Saturday. During this challenge each member sets their own weight loss goals, even if that is just to maintain or to gain less than you would if you weren't checking in. No one is monitoring your weight. You need not post your weight unless doing so benefits you. There will, however, be a template available so you can keep track weekly.
MTNGRL 5% Challenge is almost done! Here is a little reminder to post any of your daily exercise and LTGL points before 11:59 PM tonight Friday your time that have not been already posted. Don't forget weigh in is tomorrow Saturday by 11:59 PM but you can do it earlier if needed. Early is always good for weighing in but late is not!
