Exercise 5x per week. Cardio 3x per week, for 30 to 60 minutes each time. Do ST 2x per week, alternating upper and lower body exercise. Weigh-in Every Wednesday! Track my food/drinks in Spark Nutrition tracker or journal to stay accountable. Use daily. Check-in with the teams I am on at least 3x per week.
