Introduction Text I am determined to get back in shape. I want to be around for my children and grandchildren. I have 19 grandkids now, 10 boys and 9 girls. 2 sets of twin grandsons. Plus, 7 step grandchildren. I really miss them. Now I lost my mother April 9th, 2009. I am kinda lost at the moment.

I would like to get back to my weight that I was at most of my life. I want to get off my high blood pressure medicine. But I don't think I will be able to get of the high cholestral medicine as my doctor says it's in my jeans. I have 3 closets with clothes I can not wear. I only have a few things that I can wear, I'm getting tired of being too big for my britches. Want to get in shape so I can play tennis again and do the things I used to do. But mostly I want to get healthy to be around a long time to enjoy my family.

I finally gave up on trying to do this on my own. I would lose 5 lbs and gain back 8, it was a total yoyo on the weight thing. My step-daughter went to a weight loss clinic. Metabolic Research Center. They put her on the program, she has a diet she follows, plus some pills, she has lost 65 lbs now and feels wonderful. I was hooked thinking I could do it too. I signed up in August 2010, weighing in at 217, now it is the last of November and I weigh 179. This is the easiest plan to follow I have ever seen. My Dr. is thrilled with my progress, blood work is completely normal now, all the numbers are great. I feel like a million bucks. Wish I had done this 10 years ago. That is how long I have been fighting my weight just trying to lose a little and keep it off. So far I have lost 38 lbs and know that I will keep this off for good. Hi everyone, I live in sunny Orlando Florida. I moved here 8 years ago with my husband from Indiana. We both love it here, the people are great, we go to an awesome church, First Baptist Orlando. But all of our children live in Indiana, except 1 in Nevada and 1 in West Virginia. I have 8 children and my husband has 3, plus all the grandkids. 26 at last count. My mother went home to be with the Lord this past April 9th, I really miss her. We were thinking about moving back to Indiana, but haven't been able to sell our home, so we are here for awhile. If my family lived here, this is where I would stay because it is paradise on earth. Love it, and I am so blessed to be able to live down here, even if only for a little while. I will miss it but expect to be coming back often to visit my firends.

Life is a gift, enjoy the present! To be in your children's memories tomorrow, you have to be in their lives today. Happiness doesn't depend on how much you have to enjoy, but on how much you enjoy what you have. You can't walk with God if you run with the devil. Live everyday as if it were your last, for one day you're sure to be right.
