My Goals:
I am currently 160lbs and my goal is 145

My Program:
 I am currently on a juicing, smoothie, and fruits/veggies fast. I have a very bad knee so I am limited on my activity, so all I can do is walk. I try to get in at least 10000 steps a day and burn 500 calories



Personal Information:
I am from Fort Lauderdale, Florida but I currently live in Palm Bay, FL. I am a Systems Engineer by trade however, I am temporarily disabled and have been for 2 1/2 years due to a knee replacement surgery. Its hard to work out now, thus the weight gain.

Other Information:
 I love to travel and shop, however, shopping is difficult with my knee situation. Overall, I just love to have fun
