Woohoo, life is FUN!!!

I'm on 2 amazing teams. The Biggest Loser and the 5% Challenges. On both teams , I'm successfully losing weight and growing as a person.


Between now and the end of December I want to be at 145-148. I started the year at 177. As of right now I'm at 158!! My high was 288. I'll do what's reasonable to hit this goal, but life happens and so if not that's ok.

It's a journey, not a demand.

Fitness Minutes: 139,108

My Goals:
Cardio of 60-90 mins daily

NEED to do strength training!! So here goes:
3 times a week do at least 10-15 minutes of.

Eat 3-5 Freggies(FRuit/vEGGIES) daily at least

Reach 145-148(Final goal around 130-135)

Smile, laugh, live




My Program:
I'm involved with the 5% Challenge on the Spirited Under Dawg team!! Woohoo!!

We take a pledge of which I agree with 110%

that I will do my best to eat healthy and within my calorie range,

Personal Information:
I'm after 20+ years returning to work!! WOW!! Blows my mind!! I can't say if I can keep up with it but I'm going to try!! It's only 15 hrs a week, but I still see Drs a lot which wears down most.

Izzy owns me and she is not pleased, but she'll adjust. I babysit also once a week my great grandson from 8:30-5 and they live an hour away. Life is busy again. Loving it!!


Other Information:
Awww have a very cute GGS who I help take care of on Mondays. He's only 1, lol so far so good I CAN keep up with him. He's always on go, but naps 2 times a day. I use that time for exercise.
