Went for a small walk this morning. This fence is very popular in our area!! I live on the harbor and it's so appropriate that he created this. I'm now week 5 of bad pain in my gut. Yesterday tests were done, hoping to hear tomorrow what they showed, but there's NO WAY even in this pain I am staying inside!! It's going to hurt any ways, I did though go gently on my body. Now resting. Such a PRETTY DAY!! If you are able please go outside no matter how you feel.

    Maybe we should both join that Sleep Team Challenge! Same thing happened last night. So of course, I ended up taking a nap this afternoon. Now I probably won't be able sleep tonight - again.

    I need 1-2 nights of emoticon -more than 5 hours would be nice. emoticon

    Because of my anke, I haven't dared to try any of the videos. Doctor gave me the final OK today, so I am starting the challege tomorrow morning. Wish me luck. In some ways, I am nervous about beginning. I have babied that ankle for the past month and it has become a habit that I need to break.

    I agree about the monster drinks and all the drinks like them. Or anyone under 18 shouldn't be able to drink them. I had a girl who worked for me start having her heart race after she drank one. I had to take to the hospital! Kids drink them like water.

    About the scale not budging, don't forget that the less you weigh, the harder you have to work to burn those calories. Doesn't seem fair. You may have to either work harder or longer to get that scale to move.

    Oh my gosh.... I think your comment on another Sparkers blog may have pointed out something that is contributing toward my current plateau !! I set my activity when I first joined Spark 2 months ago... lost 10 pounds in about a month... but also did a MAJOR increase in my activity level..(went from a couch potato to walking 5-6 miles, biking 5-6 miles...each several days a week... golfing (walking the course), tennis and the gym. But I just NEVER increased my tracker "settings" to reflect all this additional activity !! I just logged it in on the activity tracker... And I have just been increasingly irritated because the scale has not BUDGED for the past 3-4 weeks. I bet I am not actually eating ENOUGH for all this extra activity !! I don't know why I didn't make that connection but I was so focused on following my trackers that I never thought to ADJUST them..lol... So, thanks for the hint... I will play around with my tracker after work tonight and hopefully in a week or two will see the scale start to move again !!
