Yes I'm done!!! I've been at this since 2008!!! Time to do what I set out to do years ago!! Not being able to wear smaller, sexy clothes has taken it's toll. I'm tired of feeling older then what I really am and plus my son needs to understand how being healthy is very important for him!!! So, I'm turning things around for him and for ME!!!

Check out my mini goals below:
SW=242
15lbs= Get a pedicure
30lbs= Get cycling shoes
45lbs= Get new sneakers (I'm a sneakers freak)!!
60lbs= Spa Day
75lbs= New clothes

Reason's why I want/need change in my life:

*I'm tired of being FAT!!
*I lost my father and a brother to diabetes.
*My mother has diabetes as well/and so does my husband.
**I need to look and feel confident about myself.
**My son wants me to do things with/for him so I need the energy!!

**I've ALWAYS had a dream of competing in fitness** So, I'm going for it! Dreams do come true if you believe and I believe!!

**I have a time getting my water in so I want to get in 128 oz of water a day**!

**Food: make small changes along the way until I get it totally CLEAN!!!

**Meet with trainer once a week and cardio minutes per wk(180-200).
**Weights 3 times a wk**

I started out with 5 lb goals and keep my weigh tracker to reflect those goals..
